Sharing prayers

I received these beautiful prayers in an email from Lisa Barnett (see info below) and wanted to share them.  PRAYER FOR WORLD PEACE I AM Peace and this peace permeates my heart. As I feel it in the depth of my soul and the width of my heart,  I expand this peace to embrace the world. I AM PEACE. As I know this is true for me. I know this is true for humanity. So it is. PRAYER TO RECEIVE HIGH VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCIES Mother, Father, Goddess, God, please help me to align from the tips of my toes,  straight through my body to the top of my crown chakra.  Please connect me energetically to Creator/Source and help me to receive the  highest vibrational frequencies my body can hold right now.  Assist me to integrate the higher frequencies with ease and grace.  My body accepts this higher vibrational healing,  And is enlivened at a cellular level. PRAYER TO CLEAR BLOCKS TO AWAKENING Mother, Father, Goddess, God, please remove and dismantle  all structures, barriers and obstacles holding me back  from stepping forward to know Creator/Source.  Please open my heart so I may move into the unified field of Source  as I Awaken to my Love and Divine Grace.
