Allowing what lies beneath the surface to show up with ease is always a challenge. Our chatter and rushing holds it at bay and our shadows tend to arise in other ways. So much is going on now, so much drama and a collective sense of unease it is a challenge to stay removed from it. I feel that if I focus on all the beauty that surrounds us and watch for all of the little synchronicities that happen each day, that I can stay in a great space. This attitude allows me to remained focused on all of the things that bring me joy and breathe deeply into peacefulness. I will always consciously choose happiness and let my heart be filled with the love of family and friends and the outrageous beauty of our natural world, storms and all.
